BallBack just crossed 225,000+ tennis balls recycled or repurposed. That is 225,000 balls that came off a court and found a second life instead of a landfill.
Here is the quick version of what 225,000 means, who made it happen this month, and what we are chasing next.

The Update
How we got to 225,000
Thirty-eight chapter leaders across 18 US states and two countries kept the bins moving all month. The network now stretches past 110 partner centers, and honestly the directory on our site does not list every single one yet: new schools, clubs, and neighborhoods keep joining faster than we can update the page. On top of the recycling total, more than 12,200 balls have gone straight back to youth programs, schools, and shelters.

225,000 diverted tennis balls is rubber that will never sit in a landfill. Instead, it becomes court surfaces, playground padding, and gear for youth players.
Thank You
The people behind the number
To every facility that keeps a bin courtside, to every chapter leader hauling boxes to the UPS store on a Saturday, and to everyone who told a friend or dropped off a bag of dead balls: 225,000 is your number, not ours.
If your club, school, or organization wants to be part of the next milestone, email us at prem@ballback.org.

What's Next
The road to 250,000
With new chapters still launching and indoor season picking up, the next target is 250,000 balls. Keep an eye on our Instagram feed for pickup photos, chapter launches, and whatever comes after that.
"225,000 is proof that a bin by the fence and a student with a car can move a real number."
