/ How it works
Affiliate setup, end to end.
One thing up front: BallBack doesn't send any bins or boxes your way, only a prepaid shipping label when your facility has balls to ship. That's how our program stays completely free.
Pick your collection spot
Use any cardboard box you already have, set near your courts, in the pro shop, or in a storage closet. Each box holds about 200 balls. Staff and players drop dead balls in as they go. Optional: if you'd rather have a dedicated courtside bin players can toss balls into, a 32-gallon plastic bin from any hardware store works well, around $30. Totally optional, not required.
Tell us when you're ready
Once you've got around 200 balls, fill out the form at ballback.org/labels or email prem@ballback.org and we'll send your prepaid UPS label within 2 days.
Ship it
Tape the label to your box and drop it at any UPS location, or schedule a free pickup at ups.com/pickup.
Get recognized
Once your first box ships, we feature your club on ballback.org and tag you on Instagram as a verified BallBack recycling partner. Send us your handle and we'll tag you.
We handle the rest
The balls are processed by RecycleBalls into crumb rubber for court surfaces and playgrounds. We track your facility's volume by the labels sent, so you always know your impact.

Drop-off day: QuickLabel boxes at a UPS store, ready to head to RecycleBalls.
