How the label process works.
Request your label
Fill out the form above with your name, facility, and shipping address. It takes about two minutes and there is nothing to pay up front.
We email the label
A prepaid UPS label arrives in your inbox within 2 days, usually much sooner. Print it on any standard printer.
Pack the balls
Any sturdy box works. Fill it as full as you reasonably can, since one box holds roughly 300 balls and shipping a half-empty box wastes a label.
Drop it off
Tape the label on and hand the box to any UPS store or scheduled pickup. From there it goes straight to RecycleBalls, where the felt and rubber are separated and reused.

Quick answers.
Do the balls need to be sorted or cleaned?
No. Dead, cracked, muddy, pressureless, and practice balls all go in the same box. Everything is sorted after it arrives.
How many labels can I request?
Request one at a time. When a box ships, come back and request the next label so we can keep track of what is in transit.
Is there a cost?
Affiliate partners cover roughly $15 a year toward prepaid shipping. Individuals and clubs sending in a one-off box pay nothing. Details are on the affiliate partner page.
Can I have balls picked up instead?
If a student chapter operates in your city, yes. List your court on the operating partner directory and a chapter leader will reach out when they have capacity.
